Beacon Ridge invests in areas that are expected to exceed housing demand relative to the national average. We target MSAs (metropolitan statistical areas) with strong investment fundamentals, including positive net migration, housing supply / demand imbalance, and robust job growth fueled by industry development.

We Build Communities

Beacon Ridge is an active participant in the Build for Rent market. We partner with developers and builders to finance and manage build for rent communities.

We Renovate Homes

With our Partner Caliber Home Solutions, we invest in value-add renovations to modernize and maintain our homes. We have spent more than $30m in renovating homes and providing jobs in our markets. 

We Construct Portfolios

Our SFR portfolios are crafted in a balanced manner with assets distributed across multiple metropolitan markets that roll up into funds with targeted efficiency and performance.
