• Prior to joining BRCM, Carley was Head of Acquisition Underwriting at Amherst Residential where she helped lead the efforts in a team responsible for underwriting and acquiring Single Family Residential homes
• Carley has worked within the SFR industry for the past 4 years and has developed extensive knowledge in evaluating and identifying optimal real estate assets for investment portfolios
• Holds a BA in economics from Southern Methodist University
