About Craig

• Over 30 years of experience in the fixed income and debt capital markets
• Former head of debt capital markets at Amherst Residential
• Was responsible for the origination of over $6 billion of financing for SFR portfolios through warehouse acquisition facilities, term loans, and the public SFR securitization markets
• Prior to Amherst, Craig spent over 25 years at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse First Boston in the fixed income sales and trading business
• Holds a BA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin
