Due to our unique background in SFR debt structuring, placement and asset management, BRCM provides Advisory Services to our clients who may already own SFR portfolios or are considering purchasing SFR portfolios. Investment Management

BRCM’s investment products produce stable, long-term, asset-backed income. Our SFR portfolios are crafted in a balanced manner with assets distributed across multiple metropolitan markets that roll up into funds that are highly efficient and evenly balanced. The firm’s flagship fund is our Single-Family Income Opportunities Fund LP. The Fund is designed to generate steady and recurring income through acquiring, renovating and leasing a large-scale portfolio of single-family rental (“SFR”) homes in strategic growth markets in the United States.

Advisory Services

In addition to our Fund Management operations, BRCM provides Advisory Services for clients that are interested in investing or lending in the SFR and Commercial Real Estate markets.

Debt

Our capital markets team works with a client base that is seeking assistance in debt placement for existing portfolios and projects. The team has placed over $6.5 billion in debt and is well positioned to assist real estate firms of all sizes in sourcing and negotiating debt.

Investment Advisory

Acquiring and Disposing of existing SFR portfolios can be an infrequent event for many companies. Having a partner with decades of experience in hundreds of transactions can ensure that maximum value is extracted from every deal.
