Was responsible for the origination of over $6 billion of financing for SFR portfolios through warehouse acquisition facilities, term loans, and the public SFR securitization markets
Prior to Amherst, Craig spent over 25 years at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse First Boston in the fixed income sales and trading business

Robby Napp

Managing Director and Head of Acquisitions

Prior to joining BRCM, Robby was Vice President, Acquisitions at Amherst Residential where he helped lead the efforts of acquiring more than 30,000 ($4.5b) Single Family Rental (SFR) homes
Robby has worked within the SFR industry for the past 7 years and has developed an expertise of creating unique SFR investment strategies for an investors objective
Prior to Amherst Robby was an analyst within the marketing group of Prudential Real Estate Investors. He was responsible for preparing fundraising marketing materials and due diligence reports for fund managers and institutional clients
Holds a BA in economics from Villanova University

Carley Richbourg

Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions

Prior to joining BRCM, Carley was Head of Acquisition Underwriting at Amherst Residential where she helped lead the efforts in a team responsible for underwriting and acquiring Single Family Residential homes
Carley has worked within the SFR industry for the past 4 years and has developed extensive knowledge in evaluating and identifying optimal real estate assets for investment portfolios
